Turmeric is the rhizome of the zingiberaceae turmeric, which is cultivated or wild grows in plains, mountain meadows or bushes, and mainly distributed in Jiangxi, Fujian, Taiwan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Sichuan, and Yunnan in China.
