Nettle Powder Description

Nettle is a perennial herb. It flowers in August to October and fruits in September to November. It is mainly distributed in Shaanxi, Gansu, Anhui, Zhejiang, Fujian, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Guangxi, Sichuan, Guizhou, and Yunnan in China. It grows on mountain slopes, roadsides, or semi-shady places near dwellings at altitudes of about 100 m or 500 to 2000 meters. It is harvested in summer and autumn,then cut into sections and dried in the sun.
