Lalang Grass Rhizome, also called imperata cylindrica rhizoma, a traditional Chinese herb and medicinal material, is the rhizome of the perennial herb Imperata of Poaceae which grows in most areas of China. Lalang Grass Rhizome is generally excavated and sun-dried in spring and autumn, after which the fibrous roots and membranous leaf sheaths are removed and bundled into small bundles.
